Add Color Indicators to Highlight Favorites
Marking playlists or tracks as your personal favorites is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Create custom track tags add on unique color indicators for each team member
- Use the Type tag category to add further context
- Lock the padlock to ensure the tags are only visible to your team
- Start tagging your favorite tracks as you and the team search
- As multiple playlists are created, see which tracks each team member likes most between the lists

Avoid Pitching the Same Track Twice
- Assign a custom track tag with a color indicator for each client - we'll use "Soap Opera" in this case.
- Select "Edit all" from the playlist menu.
- Add the new track tag "Soap Opera" on all tracks that were sent to the client.
- To add one more layer of connectivity, create a playlist tag with the same color as the track tag in the previous step.
- In this example, the Soap Opera project has purple tags and the Bank Ad project has yellow tags:
- A future search for "rock" clearly shows the tracks already sent to the Soap Opera show (with purple tags), so we wouldn’t pitch those tracks to them again.
Pro tip: Incase you forget which color is associated to which tag, hover over the Track Info icon to see the tag names with their color.
Add Color to Playlist Tags
Use Playlist tags with color indicators to see all playlists related to a specific job or client.
