Set Up a Meeting Channel

  • Create a Channel for Team Meetings.
  • Inside the Channel, add folders corresponding to each week or meeting, depending on how many different playlists are involved.
  • A single playlist could be utilized for each meeting to avoid weekly folders.
  • The example below has A&R weekly meeting folders and playlists for different discussions. (Team leaders are noted in parentheses.)
Don’t forget you can store images, videos, documents, and other types of files in DISCO

Collaborate on Preparation

Team members can create their own playlists and add them to the meeting folders.

  • Ask outside collaborators to deliver files to your DISCO Inboxes to make it easier to collate files for each meeting.

Running a Meeting

Open the Public URL for the Channel, folder or playlist, and screen-share them during the meeting.

  • Run through the content and stream tracks as necessary.
  • Another team member can have DISCO open on a separate device to take notes on each track and apply color-coded tags or other visual indicators. These annotations can help later influence how tracks get viewed and utilized.

Create a summary playlist at the end of each meeting and share it with the team to encourage further listening and follow-up.
